Volunteers
SLF is delighted to join the small but growing band of organisations benefiting from the contributions of volunteers which have achieved the prestigious Investing in Volunters Award.
We are always working hard towards delivering best practice in the management of the volunteers who contribute to SLF, our mentoring projects and to the projects we fund. It's great to see this recognised with this award.

SLF Volunteers have donated over 9000 hours of their time since 2005!.
Volunteers are vital to the success of the work at Safer London Foundation. Our volunteers contribute to the very important work of developing safer neighbourhoods by giving their time to projects or organisations that work to reduce and prevent crime, and to support victims of crime, in London.
Volunteer opportunities can be found here.
We are continually recruiting volunteers and building our Skills Bank. We have opportunities for people from all areas of the community, with many different skills, knowledge and talents. We provide training for our volunteers, hold monthly support meetings, and have annual volunteer celebrations. Whatever your background, skills, life experience or expertise, join our Skills Bank you could make a difference to people’s lives.
